Aircraft Types
Not all jets are created equal. In order to get the best savings you really need to zero in on what features are important for your mission. Some jets can carry a ton of luggage, some are better for short hops and some are built 100% for comfort and luxury.

At Private Jet Network, we focus on those aircraft that get our clients from point A to point B for the best fare possible. We believe the luxury in flying private is skipping security, leaving on your own schedule, and avoiding connections.

Here is a summary of the categories of jets available for charter:

Light Jets- These jets are great for short hops (less than 4 hours). They can be a bit tight and sometimes are limited in their luggage capacity. However, they are going to be the least expensive way to take advantage of flying private.

Lavatory: partial - No sink, bowl accessible by lifting up a seat cushion, often located in the back of plane behind an accordion divider.
Galley: partial galley available on most models.

Mid Size Jets- These size aircraft are better for going cross country or longer haul. They will have more space and can also haul more baggage. If you're looking at going to Europe from the East Coast one of the "Super Mid-Size" might work for you.

Heavy Jets- These jets will only make sense if your planning on moving a larger group of people. 8 or more normally. they have fantastic range and can carry a ton of luggage. they are the most expensive type of private jet to charter though.

Twin Engine Turbo Props- Some passengers have a stigma about flying in a turbo prop. While they are definitely louder than a jet when flying they can save a great deal of money especially on short hops and deliver the same kind of convenience as a light jet.
